As a mother of six children and having 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, I have done my share of traveling with children.  Now that I am retired, I am combining my love of sharing and teaching with my  love of travel to help other families find the joy of traveling with their children and sharing experiences with them.

Never underestimate the time you spend with your children.  You may feel exhausted and frustrated some days while traveling and wonder what in the world possessed you to embark on this journey.  However, in years to come, you will be surprised at how much your children remember of those trips and the memories they have stored about them.

Take the time to learn about your kids and see them at their best while they are with you.  The time you have with them is very short.  Take it from one who’s been on this road a long time.  Above all, travel with them, make some memories, share some experiences and have fun!
